Webinar and Matchmaking: Research and Development on Energy in Romania
Are you interested in research and development (R&D) on renewable energy?
The Energy Programme now provides funding for R&D projects on energy in Romania. We invite everyone in Romania, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein interested in R&D, energy and cooperation to this event!
The webinar will give an overview of the funding available through the open calls for project proposals on supporting innovation and business development and bilateral funding for project partner searches.
It will also provide for B2B matchmaking between Romanian and Norwegian, Icelandic or Liechtenstein participants so that they can connect and explore whether to implement a project together as partners.

The webinar is 10:00-11:30 CET (Norwegian time) / 11:00-12:30 GMT+2 (Romanian time) in Microsoft Teams.

Open call for R&D projects

The Energy Programme has launched open calls with 4,1 million euro in funding for projects that enhance the research and development capacity on energy in Romania. There are two open calls and one small grants scheme.
The call has an aim to strengthen cooperation. Project partnerships between Romania and Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein are encouraged.
Any private enterprise registered in Slovakia and any public or private, commercial or non-commercial or non-governmental entity in Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein interested in green industry innovation or welfare technology/ambient assisted living.
Short meetings with the team at Innovation Norway
Participants at the matchmaking can also book short meetings with staff at Innovation Norway. The meetings can clarify questions about the application process or help to find a partner in Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein.
